At the time of its creation, Artelia
was widely recognised in two main
sectors: building construction, the
field of expertise of Coteba, and
water, energy and the environment,
the core business activities of
Sogreah. In particular, the two
founding companies contributed
their high-level know-how in the
field of complex structures such
as high-rise buildings, hospitals,
dams and ports. The merger of
these two business entities also
created a promising base of skills in
other key sectors such as industry,
urban development and transport.
In addition, this merger expanded
and densified our network of branch
offices, not just in France but also
worldwide, a major asset in an
engineering field where remaining
close to clients is of fundamental
importance.
