Working hand-in-hand with the client was important for Auxitec right from the outset, and
is one of its core values. Consequently, the company developed along “regional” lines, with
profit centres (offices) spread throughout France. In order to address its clients’ needs, each
office had the necessary expertise to carry out its own projects. We then adopted a very
similar strategy to Artelia’s by creating new offices, developing specialisations in certain
places and pooling this expertise in order to handle large-scale projects in France and other
countries. This was helped considerably by the development of communication techniques
and coworking facilities.
When Auxitec joined Artelia, our teams could thus fit quickly into the Group’s regional network,
which functioned in a similar way to our own. Today, Artelia industrial facilities works with
the Group’s building construction, water, mobility and urban development business units on a
wide range of projects organised on the basis of region, technical expertise or cluster, as is the
case in the nuclear facilities field.
