Drawing on MOE’s operations in Norway, the merger offers promising growth prospects in
northern Europe, thanks in particular to Artelia’s international experience in the sectors of
transport, maritime engineering, hydropower and renewable energy more generally speaking.
The acquisition in October 2020 of Norwegian engineering firm Olav Olsen (100 people),
specialising in fixed and floating structures, brings this objective much closer. In particular,
it opens up new prospects on the offshore wind market, which is currently booming at an
            international level.
