21st century luxury hotel offering the full range of modern amenities in surroundings marking

to its success by assigning some 20 people from the Buildings, Greater Paris Region business
unit with extensive experience in the refurbishment of hotels and historic buildings. This close-
knit team efficiently managed the many highly-skilled people working on the project and all
the structural alterations that had to be carried out, such as the creation of a swimming pool
and spa in the basement, or the reorganisation of different spaces to enlarge the bedrooms
and create prestige suites. Thanks to our commitment, we were able to deliver a truly unique
establishment that fully achieves the owner’s initial aims, as it has now obtained France’s
exclusive “Palace” rating, and has been receiving excellent reviews from guests since it was
reopened.
