The project was managed extremely
efficiently and the photovoltaic
power plant was delivered on
schedule, with lower maintenance
costs and higher output than initially
estimated. Furthermore, the client
recently thanked us for our crucial
advice in avoiding certain sites and
choosing the best contractors for
the works.
Since then a second phase of solar
power projects has been launched
in the country. M. Nam is now acting
as project manager, and is currently
supervising the construction of
facilities with a total capacity of over
500 MWp.
