Ethical business conduct is a
vital component of corporate
social and environmental
responsibility.
Reflecting its values, Artelia
drew up and rolled out a Code
of Ethics in 2010 and a Business
Conduct Guide in 2015 defining
a set of principles and rules of
ethical behaviour meeting the
Tramway line, Paris region - France
most demanding international
standards, to help and support
every one of our employees -
irrespective of their position - as
they go about their work.
Artelia forbids all forms of
corruption in its relations with
third parties, and is firmly
committed to exemplary ethical
conduct in its dealings with all
the company's stakeholders,
true to its fundamental
principles and values. It also
expects its service providers,
subcontractors and suppliers
to uphold these same
commitments.
Artelia reaffirms its intention
to abide scrupulously by all
current laws and regulations,
and that the main goal of its
integrity programme is to
further develop its ability to
identify the risks of a breach
of ethical conduct or violation
of any of these laws and
regulations, in order to minimise
these risks or even eliminate
them altogether.
