The Artelia Way to assert

                                                                                            In 2016, in a bid to overhaul our
                                                                                            personnel training and skills
                                                                                            development approaches and
                                                                                            practices, we introduced an
                                                                                            original programme designed
                                                                                            to cultivate talent: the Artelia
                                                                                            Way. The aim was to create a
                                                                                            company on a truly learning
                                                                                            pathway, to embed and future-
                                                                                            proof the acquisition of the
                                                                                            basic skills employees need
                                                                                            and to structure knowledge
                                                                                            while demystifying and re-
                                                                                            energising it. The Artelia Way
                                                                                            is thus underpinned by five key
                                                                                            principles: Educate - Practise -
                                                                                            Share - Support - Recognise.



















                                                                                            Human diversity as a driver of
                                                                                            innovation and performance
                                                                                            We have revisited our approach
                                                                                            to diversity, and (re)considered
                                                                                            and (re)deployed all of our
                                                                                            initiatives (some of them dating
                                                                                            back several years) as part of
                                                                                            an integrated strategy factoring
                                                                                            in diversity management and
                                                                                            non-discrimination issues - and
                                                                                            cross-cultural management
                                                                                            issues in general - so as to
                                                                                            transform difference into a
                                                                                            driver of performance.
