Actively engaged in tackling
climate change
In October 2019, Benoît Clocheret
signed the Climate Charter for
Engineers, an initiative proposed by
the French engineering federation
Syntec Ingénierie. Artelia thus
undertakes to put environmental
issues at the heart of its strategy,
so as to work towards the objective
of limiting global warming to below
1.5°C as targeted by France’s
National Low-Carbon Strategy. To
that end, the Group is committed to
moving towards carbon neutrality
by reducing and offsetting its
greenhouse gas emissions and
achieving a 50% reduction of its
carbon footprint by 2025.

luxury nor a cost. It is an added
value, and an integral and
inextricable part of any project
that meets societal expectations
and the imperatives of clients and
funding agencies - a subject that
ties in with the green transition
and that must be addressed in
a challenging economic context.
Under the environmental pillar of
our CSR policy, our people take it
upon themselves to recommend
