The company’s early years saw it managing various residential and office building
projects both in Paris and in other French cities. We oversaw some landmark schemes
such as the construction of the UAP tower (or First Tower as it is known today), the
first skyscraper in the Paris-La Défense business district. It was indeed a flagship
project as 40 years later we were overseeing the restructuring of the building.
We also began specialising in ski resorts and were involved in several projects in
the French Alps including the construction of the Flaine, Avoriaz, Super Tignes, and
Val Thorens resorts. We organised a tour of these resorts to mark the firm’s 10th
anniversary - a memorable trip for all 80 of us who took part in it.
