In parallel, our building construction activity saw significant growth at the service of industrial projects
and more traditional clients. Similarly, our IT branch embraced all the developments taking place in
the sector, thus acquiring renowned expertise in new technologies.
When the question of the succession of part the management team arose, we looked at two possibilities:
a fifth LBO, or joining an engineering group. This second option was selected. We met with several
companies, including Artelia. The contact was very positive, in a truly open-minded spirit.
Artelia was seriously interested in taking us in. We had the same shareholding structure and
complementary activities. The group matched our ambitions in terms of large projects and international
activity. It ticked all the boxes, so we joined it in October 2017. Since then, we have completed the
process of integration and seen that the commitments made have indeed been borne out. There has
been a lot of synergy, listening, and exchanging of ideas. An intelligent and respectful integration, keen
to keep our strengths alive and focus on the creation of value.
