After a year of discussions, Coteba and Sogreah at last decided to merge, giving rise to the Artelia The name "Artelia"

of the Group, both internally and for clients, to adapt essential documents, and to implement internal
processes and cross-disciplinary decision-making bodies, all the while trying to take the best of what
existed in order to offer the Group a suitable environment in which to grow. Artelia’s first success was
to complete this stage rapidly and apply this new model without hesitation, creating a common base
and initiating a policy of dialogue that became a melting pot for the next stages.
