MOE,
the new hub in Northern Europe

At the beginning of the 2000s, we launched an aggressive expansion policy. We bought several small
engineering companies in different parts of Denmark. In less than 10 years, MOE quadrupled in size
and expanded to cover the entire country. The next stage consisted in going beyond our borders. In
2010, we opened a subsidiary in Norway in order to extend our presence in Northern Europe. Five
years later, we began our activities in the Philippines.
During this period, MOE was transformed into an engineering company of around 900 employees
working in the building construction, infrastructure, energy and industry sectors, where our position
was consolidated by several major projects.

Attracting talent was a task of primary importance for our business, so we deployed an ambitious
human resources policy. We modified our capital structure to allow young engineers to become
shareholders. We also took various measures to create the best possible working environment, and
be a company in which everyone wanted to move forwards.
