Energy and environmental
performance of buildings
Improving building
performance has been a
flagship issue over the
past decade. Artelia has
worked on all energy-related
aspects (thermal modelling,
construction of more efficient
envelopes, introduction of
renewable energy, use of
hot/cold loops) while at the
same time endeavouring to
incorporate circular economy
rationales in building
construction (reversibility,
biosourced materials, reuse
processes).

Mobility modelling and design
Artelia is at the forefront of
mobility modelling, and our
know-how has been consolidated
by the arrival of Danish company
MOE in the Group, which also
excels in this field. Our ability
to channel our expertise into
designing projects, combining
urban development and technical
sophistication, is the key to our
most innovative successes: the
Bordeaux tramway, hydrogen
fuel-cell buses in Pau, motorways
of the future in the Paris region,
and cycle paths in Copenhagen
are just some of the tangible
answers we are offering to
the challenges of tomorrow’s
