Unlike tertiary-sector buildings, which can remain virtually unchanged for years, industrial
sites are constantly evolving. Such transformations may be implemented in order
"Etoile" (Star) project, to increase or redirect production, but in recent years a very large number have been
Arkema Jarrie - France initiated in order to comply with changing standards. In most cases, therefore, it is not a
matter of producing more but of producing better, that is to say more efficiently and more
safely while consuming fewer resources and reducing the impact on the environment.
Our clients thus ask us to investigate ways of saving energy and raw materials, and to
provide solutions for recycling and reprocessing, automation and safety improvement
in manufacturing processes, storage and handling. We are intimately involved in their
innovation drive, and through the improvements we make, a contributor to their progress
in terms of CSR. Our know-how enables us to propose new layouts for their facilities and
help improve their production chains in order to increase profitability and reliability while
at the same time alleviating the constraints affecting operators. In this regard we design
and implement turnkey facilities for the aviation, automobile and nuclear industries as
well as high-tech installations for public- and private-sector research.
